09Veri Kaynakları

Aşağıdakiler Lumy Charge kullanıcıları için kişisel-veri işleyenleri değil, veri kaynaklarıdır:

  • EPDK Serbest Erişim Platformu veya benzeri resmi/açık şarj-piyasası kaynakları (mevcut olduğunda). Gerçek erişim aktifleşene kadar başlangıç verisi mock veya EPDK-uyumlu hazırlık kayıtları içerebilir.
  • Open Charge Map veya benzeri açık istasyon veri kümeleri (kullanıldığında).
  • Şarj operatörleri ve kamu istasyon beslemeleri (entegre edildiğinde).
  • Şirket içi derlenmiş elektrikli araç teknik özellikleri.
  • Güvenilirlik/uptime sinyallerine toplanan kullanıcı topluluk check-in'leri.

Bu kaynaklar gecikmeli veya eksik olabilir. Lumy Charge bunları keşif ve planlama için normalize edip gösterir; üründe açıkça belirtilmedikçe gerçek zamanlı doğruluk garanti etmez.

10Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Veri işleyenlerde veya sınır ötesi aktarım uygulamalarında maddi değişiklikler, hukukun gerektirdiği hallerde uygulama içinde, e-posta ile veya web sitesinde duyurulabilir. Kullanıcılar, Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanan sınırlara tabi olarak ilgili özelliği kullanmayı bırakarak veya hesaplarını silerek itiraz edebilir.

Generates natural-language summaries of route plans and charging-stop recommendations.

Origin/destination, route stops, charging-stop plan details, vehicle/SoC preferences, and route context. Direct identifiers such as name, email, phone, plate, or account ID are not intentionally sent.

Role
Service provider/processor per Anthropic service and data processing terms.

09Data Sources

The following are data sources, not personal-data subprocessors for Lumy Charge users:

  • EPDK Serbest Erişim Platformu or similar official/open charging-market sources, where available. Initial data may include mock or staged EPDK-compatible records until real access is active.
  • Open Charge Map or similar open station datasets, where used.
  • Charging operators and public station feeds, where integrated.
  • In-house curated EV vehicle specifications.
  • User community check-ins, aggregated into reliability/uptime signals.

These sources may be delayed or incomplete. Lumy Charge normalizes and displays them for discovery and planning; it does not guarantee real-time accuracy unless explicitly stated in the product.

10Changes and contact

Material changes to subprocessors or cross-border transfer practices may be announced in-app, by email, or on the website where required by law. Users may object by discontinuing the relevant feature or deleting their account, subject to the limits described in the Privacy Policy.
